Tips for searching

4. Consider using a different word for what you are looking for e.g,. nausea rather than pain in stomach.
5. If you get too many results, try refining your search by adding more keywords e.g., nausea AND vomiting.
6. Use search operators like quotation marks ("__") to search for exact phrases, or a minus sign to exclude certain terms.
